CWG 2010 - NATION'S PRIDE OR SYMBOL OF CORRUPTION???

After the dramatic expose of the 6 year long era of extreme corruption,looting of taxpayers money by the KALMADI & co. by TIMES NOW, the biggest question hurling in billions of indians and people all around the world is - " Will the CWG 2010 be a success?"

But there are certainly many more bigger issues to be looked forward to and address...
For starters, we need to peep into the amount of funds allocated for the games considering that the CWG are not of the stature as much as they are being hyped. And even after the expose, the government seems to be impotent in terms of action to be taken with the opposition viewing this as an opportunity to criticise the government. What more, the CWG budget already escalated by approx. 17 times, some 100 crores or so are allocated to complete the remaining preparations.
Shifting focus towards Mr. Kalmadi, who claims to deliver a successful CWG big time, is under the scanner of the whole of India. But even if the games are a success, he stands culpable for all the mess, the crimes,the forgeries, fraudes. He stands guilty for all the wrongdoings by his aides viz. TS Darbari and Sanjay Mohindroo and many more working under him.
The list of questions is long, we'll keep delving deeper and deeper, but for now... To be continued...
